Unlimited Pictures
LastingTree.com provides unlimited picture storage to buyers of the Extended Family plan. By signing up for this plan buyers agree to not abuse this feature. Pictures must be related to the loved one that it is associated with. This feature is not to be used for general picture storage or other means that it is not intended for. If LastingTree has concerns you will receive an email contact to which you will be asked to reduce the number of pictures.

Your Data
Your data is your data. LastingTree.com makes no claims of ownership of your data. This includes but is not limited to: Profile data, pictures, lifestories, tributes, and obituary.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
